Because you can try every feature free for a full 14 days before you buy, all software sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or activated.

📦 DMX Smart Link Hub (Prebuilt Raspberry Pi 5)

We accept returns only for defective products within 14 days of delivery.

Before you ship anything back, contact us first. Many issues — especially with the Raspberry Pi Hub — can be resolved remotely. If the unit is confirmed defective, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Returned items must:
• Be in original condition
• Include all accessories and packaging
• Be shipped at your expense
