I served five years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as an aviation electrician, a job where "close enough" does not exist. After the service I became a software developer and started volunteering on the lighting at my church. Every Sunday I saw the same thing: the stage lights and the smart lights lived in different worlds, and when the one volunteer who understood them was away, the room looked wrong.

So I built DMX Smart Link, and then the HUB: a small box that arrives configured, licensed and tested. Plug in power and network, save the scenes you want, and hand the button to whoever runs the room.
